Lesson no. 177: Feel The Joy.


177Joy is a skill. Or a gift that you’ve lost along the way.

Many people don’t know how to experience joy and how to be excited about things. It’s like they’re afraid. Afraid of what? Of letting go of their feelings? Maybe they don’t know they had any feelings.

It’s a sad thing to have no feeling, but many do.

They fool themselves that they do have feelings, they just don’t show it. If you don’t show it, you don’t have it, trust me, it’s as simple as that.

But the good part is that we can learn to feel and to experience joy. Once we are no longer afraid of how people would think about seeing ourselves feeling joyful and we will not look around before acting joyful, the rest will follow.

So please, respect yourself well enough to give you this experience.

It’s good for your heart.
