Set some goals for yourself and then try to stick to them. Don’t do a certain thing if you didn’t complete another one that is more important to you.
I know life should be continuous but drawing some straight lines after completing some goals will do you good.
Reward yourself after you completed a project with a gift or with an activity that you enjoy. Celebrate it in some way. Don’t just ignore it and not give it the importance that it surely deserves.
And after all of this, don’t forget to breathe. The battle continues …
