87Meditate!

Or just let your mind leave the body for a few minutes.

We almost never let ourselves do that. Lose control of you mind, let it fly away and hope it will come back into your body again.

It’s not daydreaming because you are not thinking of something in particular. You just let your eyes opened and your mind loose.

They don’t say “Free your mind” for nothing. It’s because we keep it locked up in our brain. And once you let it drift away, you feel like you’re floating.
